Eighth Judicial District Judge Michael Mullins has
produced the 2008-2009 version of his sentencing chart and has
kindly allowed us to post the chart, with the
caveats that (1) the chart is to be used as a guide, and the
accuracy of all information contained therein should be
independently verified by reference to the Iowa Code; and (2)
the chart is accurate only through June 30, 2008. The old
(2007-2008) version of his sentencing chart can also be accessed
below. Note also that the chart is copyrighted and
its use is subject to applicable copyright laws.
