The Iowa County Attorneys Association is a nonprofit corporation whose primary purposes are to encourage and maintain close coordination among county attorneys and to promote the uniform and efficient administration of the criminal justice system in our state through cooperation with law enforcement agencies, monitoring of legislation and the provision of continuing legal education for prosecutors.

Eighth Judicial District Judge Michael Mullins produces the sentencing chart with these caveats: (1) the chart is to be used as a guide, and the accuracy of all information contained therein should be independently verified by reference to the Iowa Code; and (2) the chart is accurate only through June 30, 2012.  The  2012-2013 version of his sentencing chart can be accessed below.  Note the chart is copyrighted and its use is subject to applicable copyright laws.
