The Farm Division of the Attorney General's Office reports the filing with county recorders across Iowa of increased numbers of documents alleging the lack of state authority over the parties filing such documents.  Steve Reno, Division Director, reports, "Our office has been and continues to be a repository for copies of such filings.  Many district court judges and some county attorneys now forward such information to us."  Please forward copies of such documents to Steve for inclusion in their data base.  Send to:
