At its September 14, 2001, meeting, the Board of Directors approved newly revised Rules of Procedure for the Prosecutorial Standards and Conduct Committee.  A copy is attached at pages 11 through 16.  These new provisions will be submitted for approval by the Association at the Annual Meeting in Iowa City on Monday, November 12.  The revisions reflect much more accurately the actual operation and role of the Committee as it has evolved over the approximately twenty-three years of its existence.  Much credit goes to Dubuque County Attorney, Fred McCaw, for drafting and reorganizing the Rules on behalf of the Prosecutorial Standards and Conduct Committee.  Thanks, Fred.
