DR5-105(E)  "If a lawyer is required to decline employment or to withdraw from employment, no partner or associate of the lawyer or the lawyer's firm may accept or continue such employment."

The Standards and Conduct Committee interpret that provision to mean that, if the County Attorney or any assistant in any county in which you are an assistant is precluded from prosecuting because of a conflict, ALL assistants are likewise precluded.
