V WEB SITE OF THE MONTH
Sometimes the simple web sites are the best. Our choice this month is a fairly simple web site, the Iowa Code. We feature this site because when you are caught at home, snowbound or in the middle of the night, or just too tired or disinclined to return to the office and have an urgent need for the magic books, you are one small step away from everything you need at this one site:
http://www.legis.state.ia.us/IACODE/2001/
It is easiest to use when you know what you're looking for (as in you have just discovered a code section cited by your opponent with which you are not terribly familiar) but you can find what you need in three ways. First, you can merely type the particular Code chapter and section you want at the above location. Second, you can click on the word "browsing" on that page, and proceed through the Code by chapter. Third, you can click on "Search" and type in the words you are trying to find.
