This notice is to advise you that the Crawford County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, April 15, 2008, voted to proceed with appointing an interim County Attorney to serve as Crawford County Attorney from the time of appointment (after May 9, 2008) until the day of the canvass of the November 4th election, which date would be November 11, 2008.  The notice of intent to appoint will be published in the newspapers very shortly.  If anyone of you or your firms have interest in the position, please contact the undersigned to arrange to be placed on the Board's agenda.  If desired, the Board would be willing to meet with you in closed session under Chapter 21.5(1)(i).

Kossuth County Attorney's Office       posted 3/21/08

 

The Kossuth County Attorney’s Office has an opening for a
full-time Assistant County Attorney.  The Position is
partially funded by a VAWA Grant and will involve the
handling of the domestic abuse and sexual assault caseload. 
In addition, this position handles misdemeanors, juvenile
cases and mental health commitments.  The salary range
is $40,000-$60,000 commensurate with experience.
